Editorial Policy

Editorial Policy

At NextFitLife, our goal is to publish practical, understandable health and wellness information for educational purposes.

How do we create content?

1. We choose topics based on real readers' health questions.
2. We review authoritative sources such as CDC, NIH, NHS, WHO, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, and peer-reviewed medical literature when appropriate.
3. We avoid presenting personal opinions as medical facts.
4. We update articles when major guidelines or evidence change.
5. We clearly separate educational information from medical advice.

What we do not do

- We do not diagnose medical conditions.
- We do not replace a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian, or licensed healthcare professional.
- We do not recommend stopping medication or treatment without professional advice.
- We do not make miracle-cure claims.

Content review

Low-risk lifestyle articles may be editorially reviewed.
High-risk medical articles are prioritized for medical review by qualified professionals.

Authorship and medical-review limits

Adel Galal is the founder and lead writer of NextFitLife. He is a health and wellness writer, not a licensed healthcare professional. Research and editorial source checks are separate from independent medical review. An article should only be described as medically reviewed when a qualified reviewer has actually reviewed it and the reviewer's name, relevant credentials, and review date are shown. Learn more on our About page and Medical Review Policy.

Advertising and editorial independence

NextFitLife displays advertising through Google AdSense. Advertising is separate from editorial content. Advertisers and advertising networks do not choose article topics, approve recommendations, or determine editorial conclusions.
